By ticking this box and as a person of legal age and with full legal capacity to sign this document, declare that I have read, understand and fully accept the statement that follows below: 1) I freely participate in that known as the “3R APLEC NACIONAL DE LAMBRETTES BERGA (BERGUEDÀ)” and that, having registered, I accept the regulations governing its operation. 2) Similarly, I am also committed to complying with the Law on Road Safety, as well as bringing the necessary documents so as to be able to drive legally, and in particular, the obligatory driver’s insurance. 3) I understand and accept the risks inherent in participating in an activity of this type arising from the driving of a vehicle on the journeys to the various activities, as well as those inherent in attending the event. Thus, I agree to participate in this event. 4) I understand and accept that neither the organisers nor any persons who are collaborating, may be considered responsible, in any way, for the injury, death or other types of damage that could occur as a result of my participation in this event, or as a result of the negligence of any of the parties, including those incidents that may arise. 5) In addition, I release the event and its organisers, collaborators and sponsors from any judicial or extrajudicial complaint that may be filed by me, my relatives, heirs or the people who could legally represent me, arising from my participation in the same. 6) As a participant in this event, I am responsible for my actions, even though we will act as a group when meeting other road users along the route, and among ourselves. The only people responsible for any type of reckless driving, breach of the traffic code, lack of compulsory documentation, insurance, etc., will be those who have committed the offences of which they have been accused by the authorities. This responsibility may not be passed on to any other member of the group. 7) For these reasons and to avoid any incident along the planned routes, I accept the request and recommendation TO DRIVE WITH DUE CARE, TO RESPECT THE REGULATIONS, AS WELL AS THE ENVIRONMENT, AND TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF THE ORGANISERS. The streets and roads along which we will pass will not be reserved for our exclusive use, so the organisers especially ask us to RESPECT OTHER ROAD USERS.
